BASIC NOODLE DOUGH
Ingredients
4 cups sifted all purpose flour
teaspoon salt
4 eggs
6 Tablespoons cold water

Directions
Sift into a large bowl a mixture of flour and salt. Make a well in center of flour. Add eggs, one at a time mixing slowly after each addition. Add cold water gradually. Mix well to make a stiff dough. Turn dough into a lightly floured surface and knead. Use pasta machine as directed.
