CRACKER BARREL HASH BROWN CASSEROLE
Ingredients
1 2 lb. package frozen hash browns
16 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cups chopped onion
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 stick butter




Directions
Place potatoes in a greased 9 x 13" pan. Season with salt and pepper. Mix sour cream, soup and onions together and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and butter, that you have cut into cubes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
