BEEF VEGETABLE SOUP
Ingredients
1 & 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut & trimmed into bite size pieces
1 48 oz. can beef broth
1 14/16 oz. can chopped tomatoes, with liquid
1 14/16 oz can great northern beans, with liquid
1 8.25 oz can cut gree beans with liquid
2-3 carrots, peeled and chopped
2-3 stalks of celery, chopped
All of the celery leaves from the bunch, chopped
1-2 Idaho potatoes, washed and cut into bite size pieces (with skin on)
1/2 - 3/4 small head of cabbage, chopped (without the core)
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
pepper to taste
optional - handful of frozen corn




Directions
Place all in a stock pot. Boil hard for 1 hour; then simmer for several hours until desired thickness. Stir often.
