1 cups strong coffee
cup Kahlua
Make coffee and add Kahlua. Cool before dipping.
8 oz. Light cream cheese room temperature
small container of light ricotta cheese
8 oz. Light Cool Whip
1/3 cup brown sugar
cup granulated sugar
lady fingers, pound cake or Savoiardi biscuits
unsweetened cocoa

Cream the cream cheese and ricotta just until smooth. Add both sugars and mix. Fold in Cool Whip. Quickly dip biscuits in coffee mixture. Place in 10 inch square dish. Spread half the cheese mixture over biscuits and sprinkle with cocoa. Repeat and finish with cocoa. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill at least 3 or 4 hours or overnight.
