SWEDISH SPRITZ
Ingredients
1 cups butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 well beaten egg
2 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups sifted, enriched flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions
Cream butter to soften. Then cream butter and sugar together thoroughly. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients, mix to smooth dough. Force through cookie press, forming various shapes; or chill, roll and cut out. Bake in hot oven until brown. Makes 4 dozen.
