lb. Butter
1 large cake yeast
3 eggs
3 T sugar
1 t salt
pint sour cream (1 cup)
6 cups flour

Nut mixture
2 lbs. Ground walnuts
2 cups sugar
2 cups milk

Add yeast and sugar together and set aside. Heat milk and butter. Let cool. Add eggs, sour cream and salt. Beat until blended. Add yeast and sugar and beat. Pour mixture into flour and blend. Roll out mixture immediately by dividing into 6 equal parts. Roll one part dough and spread nut mixture evenly over all the dough. Roll up. Let rise for one hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
