MILLIE'S CHEESE CAKE
Grease 9” springform pan. Mix graham cracker crumbs with margarine. Press into bottom and sides of pan. (Place in freezer while you mix filling).
Cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix. Blend in sour cream, vanilla and lemon juice. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes. Cool in oven 15 minutes with door open (heat off). Cool completely on rack-then refrigerate for at least 12 hours to set completely. Top with favorite topping.
