CARROT CAKE
Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking power
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups shredded carrots
cup oil
cup applesauce
4 eggs

Directions
Grease and lightly flour 13x9 pan. In a mixer bowl combine the first 6 ingredients. Add next 3 ingredients, beating with electric mixer till combined. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Turn into pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
