BISCOTTI
Ingredients
2 sticks margarine
1 ¼ cups sugar
6 eggs
1 oz. lemon extract
5 teas. baking powder
2 ½ - 3 lbs flour (approx. 7 cups)

Directions
Melt margarine a little. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Then add lemon extract and dry ingredients a little at a time and mix well. Roll into desired shape and bake.

Frosting – lemon juice and powdered sugar
